Focus areas include reducing or managing pain, restoring function, and\/or preventing disability. Common focus areas include: back pain, neck pain, balance deficits, dizziness, difficulty walking or performing activities of daily life. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Initial Evaluation &#8211; $150<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In-person assessment of injury, complaint, or mobility concern. Home exercise program included.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Single Follow-Up Visit &#8211; $100<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Treatment session following-up on initial evaluation goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ask about packages! 1 free follow-up session included with the purchase of a package of 6 or more visits. All visits good for a year after purchase. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>HSA\/FSA ELIGIBLE<\/strong>, cash, check, and debit\/credit cards all accepted forms of payment for physical therapy services. <strong>Ask about insurance reimbursement! <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wellness Assessments &amp; Personal Training Sessions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Both wellness assessments and personal training sessions focus on personalized fitness routines and workout sessions. Groups are no more than 5 clients to ensure workouts can be personalized for all attendees. Frequent education provided on Parkinson&#8217;s specific fitness and wellness. Sessions are provided by Parkinson&#8217;s exercise specialist and doctor of physical therapy, Allison Bagwell. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>$30 per session per person<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fundraising options made available as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>HSA\/FSA NOT ELIGIBLE<\/strong>, cash, check and debit\/credit cards all accepted forms of payment for Power-Up Parkinson&#8217;s sessions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Neuro Specific Functional Fitness <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Neuro specific functional fitness is a one-on-one fitness session for patients with neuro diagnoses who have been discharged from physical therapy services but want to continue their fitness journey with support. Typical diagnoses include stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, Parkinson&#8217;s disease, and multiple sclerosis. All neuro diagnoses are welcome.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sessions start at $50, but vary in cost due to assistance, location, and time allotment requirements.
